Eye Discharge

Hi there - one of my five month old boys has a slight yellowish discharge from his eyes, he seems healthy otherwise and is eating well. There is no sign of this in my other boy. I'd really appreciate any help/suggestions.

He may just have a little something in it but i always bath eye problems with salt water. a teaspoon of salt in cooled boiled water twice a day and it will soon be right.

Thanks Wendy - I have checked and there is nothing in either of his eyes,I will bathe them as you suggest and let you know how I get on.
