When do you think I should get the vet in because her due date was suppose to be the 25th of December and she is now practically a month late also her tits have dropped about 2 weeks ago but there is still no milk being produced and her vulva has not changed should I be worried from pedro1

when did you buy her? i am thinking when was the very last opportunity that she was served by the boar? i reckon that who ever you bought her from did not know when she was served but was guessing that she must have been.
sounds like she's defo pregnant - can you post some pics of her? i could give you a pretty good idea from some side on photos.
don't bother getting the vet - she either is r she isn't and either way she won't come to any harm

i would risk putting her back out for a bit and just confining her overnight. less work for you and less stress for her.

unfortunately some people just stick the sow in with the boar and that's as technical as it gets. A little unfair to sell her without having been careful to check just when she was served. :(

I know and she arrived 2 months later than planned as I wanted to collect her on September 14th but I actully got her on November the 14th but I guess it's a blessing in desquise as if I would have got her then she would not have been pregnant after all from pedro1

if they didn't scan her then i would be very doubtful about a vet confirming her pregancy in November :?

the vet conformed the pregnancy at Kevin's farm not mine and he did it via blood tests as she was lame and he took blood to see if it was anything in her blood making her lame but they came back and nothing in the blood to make her lame and that's when he confirmed she was pregnant. i could not put the pictures on her so i have emailed them to you wendy to look at and if you can you could put them on the website but im not that good with technology from pedro. if you want to see the pictures just email me at thomas.maunders@gmail.com and i will send them to you.
