To this I would add: mobile phone, flask of tea or coffee, something to sit on and the number of your friendly vet if only for moral support when things don't seem to be going quite right!!

I use http://www.hyperdrug.co.uk and http://www.farmrite.co.uk as they stock most things.

Piglet kick start is a little oral pump full of iron and vitamins which is very useful for weak piglets - gives them a real boost.
A tummy tube is for putting milk straight down into the tummy if the piglet is too weak to suckle. not a necessity, just happens to be on the list.
thermometer is for the pigs - useful to have just in case the sow is off colour after the birth. sometimes they can retain a bit of afterbirth or a dead piglet. if your sow has a temperature its worth getting some antibiotics from your vet.

You can order most things through your vet too if you don't want to shop online. Good luck with your piglets - 9 times out of 10 all goes smoothly and pigs are excellent natural mums :)

that's fine - the gauge is the thicknesss of the needles so 19 is fine even if a bit longer/shorter
I use Holmefield farm services too but beware - they will try to sell you a lot of vaccines etc that you really don't need - but they are helpful and useful.
i was talking disinfectant for hands, etc but disinfecting the area to farrow in before hand is good practice
