i think the post was in reply to mine, explaining that i have unwanted kunes looking for new homes from time to time, i think we all appreciate that there are times when people who obviously love and look after their pigs, have to find new homes for them due to circumstances beyond their control. I wouldn't put an entire boar with your castrated pot belly. Entire males are quite territorial and even though charlie is very friendly and docile, he would see another adult male as a threat, particularly as he is not used to liveing with other pigs, you may find that your pot bellly won't take to...

i would be interested to know that too alison as it works that way with shows, but when we take a pig to the vet (the most likely place to pick up disease) there is no license, no standstill etc??!!

i never sell them on their own unless they are going to join other pigs, it would be best (and easier for you) if you can find another breeder locally who has a piglet you could pair her up with,

as he is an entire male, i may be able to find him a good breeding home.
