Hi Wendy

i'm new to keeping kunekune's and would love to consider breeding. I appreciate this post as that was my concern. Could you tell me how I could make myself aware of if it is a suitable time to breed as I would not want to add to this problem.

Thanks

Worming - Injection or Verm x?

Hi All

Could you advise me about worming? I am trying verm x instead of the jab, has anyone experience of using this, if so has it been successful?

Thanks

terramycin and metacam. do you think I should keep in my utility room rather than outside? there's quite a lot of damp and fog about at the moment.

Hi Wendy I have now taken him to the vet as he was getting quite hot. He lives with another male and they are both 6 months old. He had a temperature of 105 and a chest infection. so both have received antibiotic jabs. Does it soundvery serious? do you think he is likely to recover ok? Thanks Rachael

Coughing Kune

Hi All

Yesterday I noticed one of my Kune's making a coughing noise a bit like kennel cough in dogs. He has done it again today. Is this something I should be concerned about or should I leave it for a few days and see how he is? He is eating fine and seems to be his usual self.

Thanks

Are tomato plants dangerous for kunekune?

Hi All

Could you give me some advice please? my two 5 month old male kunekune's have got into my greenhouse and eaten about 6 - 10 tomato plants, are they dangerous to them?

Thanks
