Thanks Wendy, The info on the web ranges from nearly toxic to causing vitamin deficiancy. There is one photo report on the web from a woman in Scotland who uses pigs just to clear bracken, they seem to be especially happy pigs. I wonder would KK's munch on the roots? Probably have to dig them up for...

Bracken

Hi everyone, I think this was raised before, can KKs eat bracken? Had an enquiry from a conservation warden who wants to try use them to eat young bracken in a sensitive area !! instead of strimmers. We had one little lad born like that. Looked fine when born, but could smell around corners at 4 months. Checked out by Zoo vet, no cause given, but told he'd be fine except for ' slagging at school '. Went to a customer, never heard of any problems.

I've two of the plastic arcs, they work great. Didn't pin my down, made them very easy to move. A couple of shovels of earth around the egde should prevent wind problems. They have a vent in the roof. They are always bone dry inside. The pigs love them??

Hi Charlie,
I know I'm biased, but they are really good looking piglets! Much nicer than they looked on the miserable wet day you collected them.
I like the look of the barrell that they have taken up residence in?! Glad to see that they are thriving.
