Boar and Sow

I would get a good firm brush and give him a very good brush before adding any oil. Then I get the oil pour it into my hands and massage it into the pigs skin (you get nice soft hands too!) how much really depends on how dry his skin is. As Simon has said there is no need to worry about anything once you have sold the piglet then it is upto the new owner to ensure that they follow the advice you have given them re housing, health and welfare etc if they fail to do this and their pigs get out and cause damage them it is their respons...
